Job Description:

• Position is for a Program/Project Manager to manage a contractor team in providing program management assistance, shipboard technical and repair assistance, work product tracking, engineering technical analysis, data collection and analysis, metrics, development and testing support, engineering development models, and logistic product development for Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia, Code 23.

Specific duties for the Program Manager include:

• Leading a team of managers, engineers, and logisticians to provide program management support for U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers, including budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and reporting on equipment and system installations, maintenance, and modifications and repairs.

• Supervising engineering and technical personnel to support the design, repair, installation, modification, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of U.S. Navy equipment and systems for Aircraft Carriers.

• Support includes review of technical documentation, procedure development and implementation, as well as incidental equipment and parts procurement assistance.

• Managing the logistics support to develop, update and review logistical documentation associated with HM&E systems and equipment.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Five (5) years of programmatic and financial support experience

+ Three (3) years of experience in providing high level graphics support, database creation using MSAccess, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software; management, financial, and funding analysis, production of technical manuals and production books.

+ Advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio.

+ Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business from an accredited university.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• A secret security clearance
