Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 2nd Shift Demount Assembler responsible for inspecting, soldering, mounting and de-mounting of products according to the required specifications.

Job Location:

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!

What you will be doing:

+ Using a microscope to inspect parts for defects.

+ Coating parts with solder using solder pots.

+ Mounting parts to carrier plates using a temporary adhesive.

+ De-mounting and cleaning parts.

+ Recording necessary information in logbooks and Dynamics E-logs.

+ Perform final assembly including stamping value onto parts.

What you will bring along:

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Ability to read, write, and interpret production documents.

+ Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Ability to sit for an extended period.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Ability to do light lifting.

Pay Range:

+ $16 - $18 per hour
