We are seeking a **Lead Network Engineer/ Architect** with extensive experience in KPI and Flex counter to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive process improvements, optimize operations, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute product development initiatives for PWN, NHN, and MEC technologies
+ Create and validate new technology concepts through architecture design and prototyping
+ Develop comprehensive user stories to guide product development
+ Design and implement intuitive UI/UX for customer-facing dashboards and portals
+ Develop and maintain APIs for system integration and interoperability
+ Ensure seamless connectivity between enterprise private networks and Client’s network
+ Orchestrate and manage technology deployment for enterprise customers
Requirements
+ Experience and strong understanding of networking and ability to work with PM counters and KPIs
+ Strong understanding of product development and the Software Development Lifecycle
+ Experience in daily usage of Collaboration tools (Atlassian, Google, Microsoft)
+ Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in product development and customer experience
+ Experience in product development initiatives with ability to clearly express complex ideas
+ Ability to find unique solutions to complex challenges, take initiatives, influence others, and achieve results
+ Effective soft-skills and communications with cross functional teams across multiple time zones
+ Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and manage concurrent projects towards timely completion
+ Education: BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or similar experience is preferred

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000.
