Redfield Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team!
Position Highlights
**Job Summary:** Customer Service provides customer service, general office secretarial duties including reception, taking referrals, managing documents, developing reports, filing, general billing duties, and office communication.
Essential Functions
+ Greets customers/families and patients.
+ Completes sales orders
+ Handles telephone calls, distributes and documents the information appropriately.
+ Receives incoming orders for equipment and documents accordingly as well as contacting appropriate field personnel.
+ Tracks all outgoing and incoming documents and receives them into MHC.
+ Compiles, maintains and monitors data as assigned.
+ Achieves and maintains a thorough knowledge base of the multiple working systems in Home Health. Systems include but not limited to Meditech Homecare, Meditech, Brightree, Airview, USleep and Therap.
+ Communicates with referral sources.
+ Maintains a working knowledge of all services available to patients and families.
+ Maintains office in an organized manner. Organizes files and supplies. Monitors supplies and need for future orders.
+ Direct Care in patient homes
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
+ Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
+ Previous experience in customer service preferred.
+ Experience in Durable Medical Equipment preferred.
