Position Highlights

Spencer Hospital is a rural** **hospital located** **in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.

Responsibilities:

+ Deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients within the home setting

+ Participates in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

+ Provides quality end-of-life cares and support to patient, family, and caregivers

Requirements:

+ Flexible, multitasker, demonstrates effective communication and assessment skills

+ IA RN license

+ BLS required

+ Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required

Schedule:

+ 56 hours a pay period - 8 hour shifts - Days (Part-time benefit eligible)

+ Typically one holiday of on-call only per year - self scheduled

+ Typically one weekend of on-call only every 6 weeks - self scheduled

+ The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
