About the Team:

The Software and Services Team at Walmart/VIZIO is dedicated to building robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that enhance user experiences and drive business success. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the team to achieve our goals and advance our technological capabilities.

What you’ll do:

+ Lead and manage software development projects from requirements through delivery.

+ Oversee the team's priorities, plans, and execution of tasks.

+ Implement policies and processes to enhance throughput, quality, and visibility.

+ Occasionally assist with development tasks, testing, and bug triage.

+ Ensure high functional quality of the product and oversee the underlying design and code.

What you’ll bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

+ At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and 5 years in leading software development teams.

+ Experience with Python and C/C++.

+ Strong background in building solutions using generative AI/LLM and embedded systems.

+ Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and cultivate professional relationships.

+ Demonstrated ability to meet release timelines and maintain multiple active versions of a product.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
