Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate openings for Student Servers in our restaurants. No experience is needed – we’ll train you!

Flexible hours let you continue your high school sports and other activities while you earn solid pay and the opportunity for a generous college or trade school scholarship. Work with others your age and have fun!

What we offer

+ Compensation: Pay range: $13.00/hour - $17.50/hour

+ Flexible schedules- must work 3 shifts per week

+ NO LATE NIGHTS -- Done by 8:30 pm

+ Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age

How you will make an impact

+ Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner

+ The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders, delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service

+ This position requires the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency.

+ Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically

+ Describe the day’s menu and specials, answer questions, and make recommendations

+ Deliver food promptly and ensure that the guests are satisfied with their choices

+ Assignments can include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering and Utility

What you will need

+ Current high school student, must be 16 years of age to apply

+ Serving experience preferred, but we will train

+ Ability to work in a face-paced environment

+ Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds.

+ A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude

+ Have good communication skills

+ Have a friendly and energetic attitude

+ Have weekday and weekend availability
