• Member Experience Coordinator - Medicare

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for supporting projects as assigned including leading, coordinating, and completing projects related to Member Experience initiatives and plan vendor operations. Uses project management skills to support new vendor implementations and to ensure existing vendor deliverables are received in a timely manner. Solves problems and assists with vendor deficiencies and member grievances related to the vendor experience. Assists the Manager, Member Experience with workflows, job aids, and data collection. Supports the plan and overall member experience by helping with plan document creation and deliverable timelines.

    Salary Range: $55,268 - $68,272 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required: High school diploma

     

    Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

    Experience

    Required: 3+ years Managed Care experience (i.e. Health Plan, PBM)

     

    1+ years Project Management Experience

     

    Preferred: 1 year of Kelsey-Seybold experience

     

    License(s)

    Required: N/A

    Preferred: N/A

     

    Special Skills

     

    Required: Project coordinator experience

     

    Strong demonstrated knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations

     

    Preferred: Experience with MS Projects

     

    Other

     

    Required: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills

     

    Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

    Preferred: Experience with MS SharePoint
