Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting a Quality Audit Inspector to join our dynamic Production Operations team in Edgewood.
Work Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Inventory maintenance including receipt validation, ordering, and reconciliation of proprietary negotiable document stock. Daily distribution and reconciliation of proprietary negotiable document stock on a job request level. Maintenance of several area drop off and stock movement logs. Reconciliation of all mutilation processing, including 1:1 validation between original mute and re-processed piece(s). Email management including distribution of key information to multiple teams. (All area duties) Other report reconciliations ensuring accuracy and that status updates are as expected. Quality Control on sensitive documents (paper and digital formats) prior to shipment. Labelling and shipment of sensitive documents (paper and digital formats) direct to clients. Maintenance of performance records for productivity & incident tracking. Maintaining 100% accuracy on all quality control or audit processes conducted. Processing overnight files for several clients through SendSuite.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High School or Associates degree
+ Hands on experience in Proofreading, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Audit.
+ Exposure to financial operations business a plus.
+ Knowledge of SendSuite a plus.
+ Knowledge of Broadridge utilized applications (IPM, WMS, etc) a plus.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Attention to detail
+ Written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work under tight deadlines
+ Solid organizational and process management skills.
+ Able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
+ Proficient in English; Spanish communication skills a plus
+ Strong ability to work in a high-paced, exceptional quality environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Excel, Access).
+ Proficiency in time management, organizational, interpersonal skills. Highly Team focused
Requirements:
+ Flexibility in the work schedule that is based on Production volumes which could require weekends and holidays
+ Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Compensation:The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Shift: Monday to Friday 4:00 pm 12:30 am - Weekend availability is expected as needed.
