Building on the success of Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, this role will focus on expanding our portfolio of AI and AR wearable products.We are seeking leaders who can drive complex, cross-functional business outcomes for both current and future products—leading the end-to-end development of devices from concept to launch.This highly visible role requires an experienced leader with exceptional technical skills and business acumen—someone who can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. We are looking for Technical Program Managers who are passionate about the products they work on, natural motivators, adept relationship builders, and champions of the right processes to ensure smooth, predictable execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

    Required Skills:

    Technical Program Manager - Device TPM Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the delivery of cross-functional products and initiatives across software, hardware, core technologies, and business teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

    2. Solve complex technical, organizational, and operational challenges across the full breadth of the Wearables portfolio.

    3. Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions, ensuring on-time delivery by owning program execution within a matrixed organization.

    4. Drive and influence technical and product strategy by proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, aligning priorities, and setting direction across a broadly cross-functional area.

    5. Identify and drive improvements to software development processes at scale.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    6. B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

    7. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.

    8. Knowledge of software and hardware development for consumer devices, including end-to-end product development processes.

    9. Experience delivering complex technology programs and products from inception through to successful delivery.

    10. Knowledge of understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and defining project scope.

    11. Experience working autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and providing thought leadership.

    12. Experience defining and optimizing engineering processes at scale.

    13. Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving for large-scale systems.

    14. Experience building work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and with partners in different time zones.

    15. Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact across products, platforms, and programs.

    16. Experience communicating at the executive level and influencing leadership and technical management teams to drive the development of systems, solutions, and products.

    17. Experience in operating systems and embedded software development.

    18. Experience in AI/ML products and technologies.

    19. Experience with wearable products, including smartwatches, smart glasses, and augmented reality devices.

    Public Compensation:

    $195,000/year to $267,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
