**_Hearthstone, located in the heart of Pella, Iowa, is a WesleyLife Community for Healthy Living_** offering a comprehensive range of services including independent living, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care across three distinct campuses. Embracing a ministry approach, Hearthstone focuses on enhancing residents' lives through engagement, respect, compassion, and joy. We feature an award-winning household model with 16 residents in each home engaging with one another and our greater community. With a commitment to community integration and celebrating the wisdom of aging, Hearthstone invites residents to live purposefully and enjoy a true sense of family and home.

A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Hearthstone/The Cottages:

+ Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals with a 2:16 ratio

+ Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.

+ Conduct routine health monitoring.

+ Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.

+ Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

+ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Current Openings:

+ 1st Shift (6:00am-6:30pm) Full-Time

+ 1st Shift (6:15am-2:45pm) Part-Time

+ 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) Full-Time

+ 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7:15am) Full-Time

Compensation:

+ The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

+ **Sign on Bonus Full-Time $2,500!**

+ **Sign on Bonus Part-Time $1,250!**

Shift Differentials:

+ Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr

+ Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr

+ Weekends: Additional $1.00/hr
