    Plant WD | Finishing Lead | Shift 2

    Position Overview

    Responsible for assisting the supervisor in the daily operation of the shift.

    Essential Duties:

    + Maintain a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department in order to relieve, replace or assist in employee absences

    + Provide instructions/directions/guidance to all line personnel

    + Perform Tuftbind and Delamination test when needed

    + Fill in for supervisor when needed

    + Perform periodic weight checks

    + Respond to any issues that arise during the shift

    Work Shift

    8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM
