Job Summary
Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of SECU Family House. The SECU Family House Coordinator assists the manager in oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Family House, including guest relations, house maintenance functions, and all communications with Novant Health staff and affiliated vendors that support the Family House. Responsibilities also include volunteer oversight and coordination with the Novant Health Guest & Volunteer Services department and supporting the mission of the Family House for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Degree pertaining to social work, family relations, Sociology, Hospitality Management or other relevant field.
+ Experience: 2-3 years Ronald McDonald House/Family House or similar non-profit program, Hospitality or hotel leadership experience, preferred.
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Comfortable interacting with all ages and diverse backgrounds
+ Experience working with volunteers .
+ Computer skills a must
+ Experience and comfort with coaching staff & volunteers
+ Works well collaboratively to problem solve.
+ Additional Skills (preferred): Experience in medical setting and familiarity with medical terminology a plus.
