Job Summary:
Sentinel is the primary air defense radar for the US Army and the Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) contract. Field Engineering El Paso Support personnel is responsible for interfacing with warehouse operations, parts procurement, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) repair operations and to provide logistical guidance as requested by program and Ft. Bliss, TX Hangar personnel. Responsible for checking LRUs that come in for repair or disposition and provides fault symptoms and reports to vendors as needed.
El Paso, TX will be the permanent home location for this position with regular work on Ft. Bliss, TX.
What You Will Do:
+ Support requisitions for parts both CONUS and OCONUS, to and from the field.
+ Gather failure information from Field Service Representatives (FSRs) as needed if not provided for disposition.
+ Ensure systems are updated when parts arrive/ship for program accountability.
+ When received, ensure parts are packed appropriately.
+ When shipped, notify FSR and Program Management Office (PMO) of shipment tracking.
+ Work with EXIM as required to ship parts and test equipment OCONUS.
+ Support daily Due in for Maintenance (DIFM) processing.
+ Create Maintenance Actions (MAs) of parts received in Repair Data (RD) if needed.
+ Verify with PMO if Request for Material (RFM) are required.
+ Keep track of back orders and forecast delivery dates.
+ When received place material into stock and maintain minimum stock levels.
+ Support Beyond Economical Repair (BER) activities at Ft. Bliss per approved processes.
+ Support inventories of OCONUS warehouses to ensure Repair Data reflects warehouse inventory by coordinating with responsible FSRs as needed.
+ Ensure packing materials and Line Hardware required to support LCCS program are on hand when needed and if not create RFMs and submit to Material Program Manager (MPM) for processing.
+ Support Sentinel Overhaul by providing overhaul kits to support overhaul activities at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) and Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Will package, label and prepare for shipment up to 181 Line Items for Overhaul Efforts.
+ Attend program meetings as needed to support El Paso Warehouse support to LCCS.
+ Support Raytheon and external audits as well as customer parts reconciliation at Ft. Bliss, TX Hangar for LCCS as needed.
+ Travel may be required on occasion to support urgent program requests such as bringing critically need LCCS spare parts to test events at Ft. Bliss or White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
+ Experience with Sentinel Line Replaceable Units (LRU) and hardware.
+ Experience supporting a warehouse and keeping logistical track of items.
+ Experience with test equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, power meter.
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Active Secret Clearance upon hire.
+ Experience working with logistical programs e.g. PRISM and Repair Data.
+ Experience working with Export Import (EXIM) teams to ship parts abroad.
+ Experience tracking DIFM parts both CONUS and OCONUS.
+ Experience supporting test equipment calibration via Aramis system.
+ Military experience is desirable, graduate of US Military radar technical school.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
