LM Space Cyber Programs GPS Control Segment Sustainment is seeking a candidate with proven analytical and RF engineering skills who thrives in a high\-performing team environment\. This candidate should be familiar with common roles and missions used in U\.S\. Government Space operational environments\. He or she should be comfortable engaging with Government personnel and able to develop and maintain a software defined radio interface to and from Ground Antenna assets as well as assist with maintenance activities in the field\. Development and fielding of future Ground Antenna assets to support the GPS Ground Sustainment mission is expected\. A "mission first" attitude is a must along with a willingness to go above and beyond to support customers\. The candidate will need to be able to lead others with limited direction while maintaining awareness of and adapting to changing priorities\. The selected individual will necessarily engage at various levels \(from technical to executive\) across LM Space, mission partners, industry, and customers, and therefore must have demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills\. Additionally, occasional support to test events and exercises may be required\. Some minimal on\-call support may be required outside of normal business hours\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with fixed and full\-motion Ground Antennas, including internal and related components \(e\.g\., ACU, SSPA, feed, SpectralNet RF\-over\-IP devices, radomes, radios/receivers, T&F devices, etc\)\.
• General understanding of general Radio Frequency \(RF\) communication concepts and technologies
• To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee to be a U\.S\. Citizen\.
• Selected candidate must have a TS with investigation or CV date within 5 years\.
Desired Skills:
• A team player with the demonstrated ability to lead, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in cross functional teams \(customers, management and peers\) and communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals and technical project management
• Ability & willingness to travel \(including OCONUS locations\) up to 25%
• Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements, performing trade studies, and understand allocations flowed down to RF antenna, subsystems and/or components
• Experience and/or familiarity with Software Defined Radio \(SDR\) technologies and C\+\+ or Python programming languages
• Experience using Spectrum Analyzer equipment to conduct RF site surveys and determine potential sources of interferences
• Experience defining end\-to\-end performance and functionality of RF antenna and/or subsystems, consistent with mission needs and CONOPS
• Experience analyzing and verifying technical
requirements/functions for antenna systems
• Excellent problem solving and Root Cause Analysis skills
• Experience reviewing supplier/factory data results to show compliance to RF antenna engineering requirements
• Experience with certifying and selling off an RF antenna or subsystem to the customer
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $118,700 \- $209,300\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
This position is incentive plan eligible\.
