Your Role as a Home Health LPN

As a **BAYADA LPN** , you will:

+ Follow personalized care plans to meet each patient's needs.

+ Provide medication administration, wound care, treatments, and patient monitoring.

+ Work independently in the field while collaborating with a clinical team.

+ Document care using electronic charting.

What You Need to Join Our Team

+ Active **LPN license** in South Carolina

+ Strong communication and time management skills

+ Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes
