Our client, in **Endicott, NY** is seeking an experienced **CNC Machinist** to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will work closely with engineering, production and quality team to resolve issues and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have **minimum 2 years of experience and s** trong knowledge of milling and turning operations.

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay Range: $23-$27/HR

What’s the Job?

+ Responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications

+ Create and optimize toolpaths, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in production

+ Program CNC Machines: Use Mastercam software to create and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations

+ Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and workpieces based on setup sheets and engineering requirements

+ Operate Equipment: Run CNC machines to produce high-quality components, monitor operations, and adjust parameters as needed

+ Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operations

What’s Needed?

+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist

+ Proficiency in Mastercam for programming CNC machines

+ Strong knowledge of CNC milling and turning operations

+ Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques

+ Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments

+ Steel toed or composite toed boots
