Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Job Information Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Job Information Specialist 1, you will be part of the operational support team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality to clients. The ideal candidate will have financial acumen, initiative, and resilience, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Loan Specialist / Specialist

**Location:** Brooklyn, OH

**Pay Range:** $20 - $23 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Execute basic processing and quality verification work following defined procedures.

+ Provide client support and quality review functions through telephone or written requests.

+ Process commercial monetary transactions and maintain scheduled and non-scheduled loans.

+ Participate as a team member dedicated to supporting the growth and servicing of the portfolio.

+ Perform routine operational and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with established policies.

What's Needed?

+ Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles.

+ Ability to take initiative and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience in customer service and handling client inquiries effectively.

+ Proficiency in following defined procedures and completing routine tasks accurately.

+ Adaptability to change and willingness to assist team members as needed.
