Our client, a leader in the beverage manufacturing industry, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $55 - 60,000 DOE

What's the Job?

+ Supervise mechanics and electricians maintaining production line equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines.

+ Overhaul and install new equipment as needed.

+ Perform facility maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work area.

+ Generate and complete work orders as assigned.

What's Needed?

+ At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience required.

+ Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment.

+ Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics.
