Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the aftermarket shop. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer

**Location:** Tucson, AZ

What's the Job?

+ Design, develop, and test all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.

+ Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, and machines.

+ Support technicians performing repair and overhaul processes.

+ Create and revise repair instructions, documentation, and tooling.

+ Improve process efficiency and support work scoping to reduce repair time.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, repair, and overhaul.

+ Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.

+ Preferred skills: VBA coding, project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets, SAP), Lean Six Sigma certification, Scrum Master, or Agile experience.
