    • **Pay:** $15.00–$16.50/hour + Commission Opportunities

    About the Role:

    As a **Patient Services Representative** , you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—guiding them through questions about bills, insurance, and payments with empathy and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in improving the patient experience while supporting the financial operations of our client’s healthcare services.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in person

    • Help patients understand bills, insurance coverage, and payment options

    • Process payments and set up payment plans

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues

    • Maintain accurate records and protect patient information (HIPAA compliance)

    What We’re Looking For:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s in Healthcare Admin a plus)

    • 1–2 years of experience in customer service (healthcare/medical billing preferred)

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Knowledge of insurance billing and EHR systems is a plus

    • Must pass background check and drug screen

    • Must be able to commute to North Little Rock, AR 72113
