Our client, a Health Services Organization, is seeking a Retinal Imaging Technician to join their team. As a Retinal Imaging Technician, you will be part of the healthcare team supporting patient care and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to quality service which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Retinal Imaging Technician

What's the Job?

+ Capture images of the eyes of diabetic patients.

+ Educate and set appropriate patient expectations regarding the purpose and screening process.

+ Upload and transmit patient images and reports through an online portal during or immediately after each screening.

+ Travel to screening locations, perform screening prep, and wrap-up duties as outlined.

+ Collaborate with remote team members and management, as well as screening location staff.

What's Needed?

+ Associate degree or work history equivalent.

+ Minimum of 2 years working in a healthcare professional environment with customer or patient interaction.

+ Minimum of 1 year medical or eye care experience is preferred, or work history equivalent.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with patients and staff.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn company software systems.
