Our client, a prestigious private club, is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join their team. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be part of the culinary team supporting a vibrant dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Breakfast Cook for Private Club

**Location:** Big Bay, Michigan

**Pay Range:** $20.00 per Hour or more, depending on experience

**Shift:** Seasonal job, ASAP through summer months. 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day. Sunday - Thursday, 6AM-2PM.

What's the Job?

+ Assist in preparing buffet-style meals for 15-300 guests, including soups, entrees, vegetables, and starches.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

+ Prep specialty items like scratch hollandaise sauce.

+ Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet service demands.

+ Portion and prepare food according to specifications and assist with various kitchen tasks as assigned.

What's Needed?

+ Previous experience in food service preferred.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Knowledge of food safety regulations.

+ Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

+ Availability for a seasonal job, working 40 hours a week, Sunday - Thursday, 6AM-2PM.
