Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Value Stream Group Lead to join their team. As a Value Stream Group Lead, you will be part of the operations team supporting production excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Value Stream Group Lead

**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL

**Pay Range:** $90,000 - $112,000

What's the Job?

+ Oversee daily operations for assigned production areas, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

+ Champion continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing tools to identify and eliminate waste.

+ Mentor and coach Supervisors to build leadership capabilities and improve team performance.

+ Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and workplace hazards are identified and mitigated promptly.

+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to highlight successes and areas for improvement.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field of study.

+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, including 3+ years in a supervisor/leadership role.

+ Experience supervising teams in a lean manufacturing environment.

+ Proven ability to lead multi-functional, diverse, and cross-departmental teams.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
