Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be part of the Shipping/Receiving department supporting the logistics and inventory management efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

**Job Title:** Inventory Control Specialist 2nd Shift

**Location:** Worcester, MA

**Pay Range:** $23.50 /hr.

12:00pm to 8:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Prepare incoming materials and finished goods for storage while maintaining overall responsibility for inventory.

+ Utilize automated inventory management systems to ensure proper storage and easy location of items.

+ Manage the receipt, storage, and transport of all recyclable materials.

+ Operate large material moving equipment and vehicles within the warehouse and outside holding areas.

+ Record incoming materials accurately and maintain updated receiving files.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Fork truck operating license is necessary.

+ Six to nine months of relevant work experience preferred.

+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
