Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in Core Java and Advanced Java, Spring Boot v3 and above Framework, Microservices, Angular Singal SPA framework, Kafka/MQ messaging and DevOps practices. This role requires an engineer who is proficient in using various tools and technologies, including Git for version control, Oracle and SQL databases, automated testing frameworks, Docker, container orchestration, and application engine deployments. This role will be 20% people management, and 80% hands on technical development and architecture.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owner, business analysts, scrum masters, front-end and back-end developers.

Guide and mentor small/mid-size team.

Deliver project milestones on time and within budget.

Design, develop and implement microservices using Java Spring Boot, ensuring code is modular, testable, and re-usable.

Design, develop and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript/Java ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Ensure seamless integration and communication between front-end and back-end components.

Guide team to create RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between microservices and external systems.

Conduct regular code/design reviews and enable team to maintain high code quality and reliability.

Skills and Requirements

8-15+ years of IT and Software Development experience with at least 3-5+ years of team leadership/management experience with global team is required.

Expert in Core / Advanced Java and OOP

Expert of front-end technologies: Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap

Working experience in Agile methodology is must.

7+ years experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring IOC or similar frameworks.

Knowledge of JIRA, Junit and Apache Kafka is required.

7+ years of Hands-on experience with OracleSQL is required

5+ years of REST API principles, design pattern, HTTP protocol experience is required.

Familiarity with Docker and containerization tools is required.

Experience in addressing and fixing security vulnerabilities like SQL Injection, XSS, and CSRF. Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices.

Experience in securities or financial services industries is a plus

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in using development environments like Eclipse, IntelliJ, and SQL Developer or DBeaver.

Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team null
