    A large cloud software and technology company is looking for a REMOTE PST - HR Compensation Analyst to join an HR team that sits within a large Cloud Platform business unit. This person will be a Senior Consultant for Compensation and Rewards. The role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels in data analytics, consulting, and partnering with executive leaders to enhance compensation strategies.

    Contract Responsibilities:

    Analyze and interpret complex HR data related to compensation and rewards, ensuring data integrity and identifying patterns that inform strategic decisions.

     

    Employ advanced analytics techniques and Excel proficiency to create comprehensive reports, visualizations, and presentations for executive leadership.

     

    Consult and collaborate with C-suite executives to provide data-backed advice on compensation models including salary positioning, performance-based bonuses and equity allocations.

     

    Work closely with the internal HR team to align compensation strategies with organizational goals and ensure a competitive employee value proposition.

     

    Offer expert guidance and consulting support to various departments, helping them understand data implications for rewards programs, talent acquisition, and retention.

     

    Develop and implement efficient data collection processes, ensuring data privacy and security.

     

    Stay abreast of the latest data analysis methodologies and HR trends to continuously improve the organization's data-driven approach.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years experience in HR data analysis and compensation roles.

     

    Proficiency in advanced data analytics and Excel skills, including complex formulae, modeling, and data visualization.

     

    Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and analytics software (e.g., Oracle HCM, Power BI, or similar).

     

    Excellent consulting and communication skills, capable of building trust and influencing executive-level stakeholders.

     

    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.

     

    Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.

     

    Flexibility and adaptability to work on various projects and support different teams. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a relevant discipline along with relevant professional certifications. null
