You'll be involved in writing robust code, creating intuitive human-machine interfaces, and developing sophisticated control algorithms that power our advanced manufacturing processes. Your role will be essential in driving innovation and maintaining operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include:
Program PLCs (Siemens) and Robots (Fanuc & Yaskawa)
Create and manage electrical bill of materials
Purchase of electrical components
Develop schematics and control panel layouts
Commission and test industrial automated machinery
Have experience with Industry 4.0 (IOT)
Troubleshoot, test and repair electronic production equipment.
Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as required to maintain all processes in the factory.
Develop a thorough understanding of all electromechanical control systems in the factory.
Notify appropriate management personnel and assist in the solution of the problems.
Contribute ideas for improvements in all areas using the appropriate means of communication.
Maintain a neat and orderly workplace.
Demonstrate the Companys Core and Growth Values in performance of all job functions.
Familiar with PLCs and able to log onto PLC controlled system (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
De-bugging, running off, and installation of new and rebuilt equipment.
Assist in the termination and hook-up of equipment as required.

Skills and Requirements
Professional Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience for mid-level programmers.
o 7+ years of experience for seasoned professionals.
Experience in PLC Programming:
o Proficiency with Siemens PLCs.
o Familiarity with other PLC systems (e.g., Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
Robotic Programming Skills:
o Experience with Fanuc and Yaskawa robots.
Industry 4.0 and IoT Knowledge
Technical Skills:
o Ability to create and manage electrical bills of materials.
o Proficiency in developing schematics and control panel layouts.
o Experience in commissioning and testing industrial automated machinery.
o Skills in troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic production equipment.
o Capability to perform electrical and mechanical repairs.
Software and Interface Development:
o Experience in writing robust code and developing intuitive human-machine interfaces.
o Ability to develop sophisticated control algorithms.
Communication and Collaboration:
o Ability to notify management and assist in problem-solving.
o Willingness to contribute ideas for improvements.
