    Insight Global is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to sit at one of our top financial services clients. This candidate will be working on a team looking to consolidate multiple platforms for operational efficiency. They are Migrating the existing applications to Java based micro services and deploying them using docker and containers. They will participate in multiple software development processes including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing and Documentation. The candidate will be split 70/30 on the backend and frontend. In order for a candidate to be successful in this role they will need a self-starter and provide some guidance to design flows and pattern flows.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of enterprise level development experience.

    • Strong Java skills with experience in development of concurrent and distributed systems.

    • Hands on experience working on the frontend with Angular 7+.

    • Prior experience writing SQL queries and good understanding of data model.

    • Solid understanding of AWS cloud (EC2, ECS, Load Balancer, Security Group, Lambda, S3, etc.)

    • Experience in development and deployment using docker and containers.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Plusses:

    • Financial industry experience, specifically around Fixed Income.

     

    Experience working with Kafka or other messaging Queues. null
