    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a fully remote skilled Data Scientist to join a large healthcare company and their innovation team. This Data Scientist will partner with business partners to establish objectives for AI systems and create algorithm prototypes based on project specifications. You will identify the best-in-class AI models from sources like Hugging Face and GCP Model Garden for specific use cases. Running tests to assess AI performance, including accuracy and costs, and analyzing data to identify strengths and weaknesses are key responsibilities. You will implement changes to algorithms to improve AI performance and troubleshoot issues with deployed AI to enhance user experience. Documenting all steps in the development process and staying updated on the latest innovations in machine learning are essential.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years within a data science role

     

    In-depth knowledge of machine learning data structures and modeling, software architecture, libraries and frameworks to create AI that accomplishes outlined goals

     

    Strong programming skills in R, Java, and Python

    CP Model Garden and/or Hugging Face null
