Job Description

Danfoss in Newbern, Tennessee is looking for an RMF Production Operator (line loader, batch off and compounder).

This is a 1st Shift position.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

+ Maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided.  Abide by and actively promote all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.

+ Must be able to lift 25 to 30 pounds.  Must be able to stand for long periods.

+ Ensure all material available for next run per the production schedule prior to starting set-up of machine.

+ Load material onto machine per spec sheets and standard operating instructions.

+ Run machines per spec sheet and operating instructions, completing required quality checks, operating and quality paperwork, travelers, etc. as required.

+ Aid in development and continuous improvement of Standardized Work documentation on an on-going basis.

Background & Skills

+ High School diploma or Equivalent - Required and verified.

+ Excellent attendance record. Strong performance record.

+ Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.

+ Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

+ Effective communication skills.  Problem solving. Work in a team environment.
