Job Description

This position exists to provide effective and accurate contract and purchasing processes; adequate inventory and maintenance of office supplies; efficient and accurate payroll processing and reconciling under general supervision of the Executive Financial Officer and control of Minn State and FDLTCC procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Accounting skills including spreadsheet completion and analysis

+ Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

+ Business English, spelling and grammar sufficient to proofread and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of written materials

+ Organize multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet requirements of position and deadlines

+ Analyze financial records and reports, locate errors and recommend solutions

+ Ability to understand written and oral instructions

+ Ability to work effectively with private and confidential materials

Preferred Qualification

+ Associates degree or higher in accounting or related field

Salary Range

$22.57 - $31.89 hourly; $47,126 - $66,586 annually
