    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a concrete mixer truck safely and efficiently to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites

    + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance

    + Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers

    + Maintain cleanliness of the truck and ensure proper function of all components

    + Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while representing the company professionally

    What Are We Looking For

    + Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

    + Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    + Comfortable operating heavy equipment in various weather and site conditions

    + Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and communication

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

    What We Offer

    + $24.09 to $25.09 per hour
