What You'll Be Doing

+ Overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency for all fixed and mobile assets.

+ Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians.

+ Implementing preventive maintenance programs and schedules on both fixed and mobile equipment.

+ Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Managing maintenance budgets and resources effectively.

+ Manage inventory of parts for repairs on mobile and fixed equipment.

What Are We Looking For

+ At least three (3) years of experience in a heavy industrial setting.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
