Job Description:
The Bank Loan Team within Neuberger Berman Middle Office provides support to the Non-Investment Grade Credit Investment team which manages over 25 billion AUM of broadly syndicated bank loans. It is the team's responsibility to handle all cash reconciliation, trade routing, trade settlements, and account onboarding. This individual should be highly detail oriented, work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines, and has a proven ability to work with external service providers.

Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily settlements of trades with vendor while ensuring accurate posting of trades on internal systems
+ Daily cash management for CLO’s and Hybrid accounts including the transfer of funds to meet foreign currency requirements
+ Manage complicated bankruptcy restructures and private debt settlements
+ Perform end of day checks to ensure accuracy of daily work, reducing exceptions on next day reporting
+ Assist Portfolio Management teams with questions involving cash balances and trade settlement status
+ Implement controls and processes to reduce average settlement time of Primary loan trades
+ Assist in new account set up as well as KYC
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other business-related field preferred
+ 2 to 4 years of industry experience preferred (1 year of loan settlements required)
+ Strong knowledge and understanding bank loans processing required
+ Strong knowledge of ClearPar, LSTA, and LMA documents required
+ Strong knowledge of Distressed trade settlements required
+ Strong organizational and communication skills, detailed oriented
+ Proven ability to work with external service providers
+ Ability to implement tasks and projects with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel a strong plus
+ Experience with Wall Street Office, Aladdin, ClearPar, and Bloomberg a plus

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
