Event Information

+ This event will take place from Friday, May 16th to Sunday, May 18th and Friday, May 23rd to Sunday, May 25th at the Willow Hill Dome.

+ Approximate times will be  Friday 6pm -10pm, Saturday 7am-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am-5pm.

+ Paid $15 per hour via check, with compensation received at the end of the weekend

+ Meals are provided

+ Workers will receive a Prep Hoops staff t-shirt

First Responsibility:

+ Checking wristbands and ensuring no spectator is getting in without paying

+ If any spectator tries to enter without you seeing their wristband, you must call them out to show their wristband

+ If any spectator tries to enter wearing the incorrect color wristband, you must call them out

+ The only people that can enter without wearing a wristband are players, officials, event staff, and Prep Network staff

Secondary Responsibilities May Include:

+ Assisting with team check-in

+ Assisting with admissions and/or troubleshooting POS devices

+ Checking for other entrances or doors being propped open where spectators could be getting in without paying

+ If necessary, work clock/book for a game if a team doesn’t have a parent to work it

+ Retrieving scoresheets after games are complete

+ Assisting with event clean-up

+ Any other tasks the event director may ask of you
