    Primary Purpose:

    The primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations.

    Work Performed:

    The Transportation Specialist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

    + Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers,etc.;

    + Assist guests withluggage;

    + Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficientmanner;

    + Respond to guest inquiries andrequests;

    + Resolve guestconcerns(escalate as appropriate);

    + Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, andlobby;

    + Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and

    + Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

    Required P** **rior Experience:

    Prior customer service experience

    Preferred Prior Experience:

    Hospitality industry experience

    Preferred Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Required Licenses/ Certification:

    Valid state driver’s license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.

    Physical:

    Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally

     

    Able to lift 15lbs regularly

     

    Able to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shift

    Other:

    Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
