    Fire Protection Services LLC is seeking a Client Advocate in our Perry office to take charge of maintaining and enhancing relationships with our customers while finding opportunities to expand on services provided. The ideal candidate will have superior time management and organizational capabilities and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

    The essential duties and responsibilities of this pivotal role include but are not limited to:

    + Establishing and maintaining post-sales relationships with our entire client base.

    + Answering incoming calls.

    + Assisting with the completion of jobs and the collection of payments.

    + Following up on completed inspections, sending reports, and inquiring about providing additional services.

    + Regularly checking in with clients between services.

     

    This is a broad overview, but we can get into the details as we get to know each other.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and tone.

    + A customer service focus with the ability to overcome objections and retain customers.

    + Experience with a variety of software applications and the willingness to learn new platforms. ServiceTrade experience is a plus.

    + Flexibility and aptitude to handle a dynamic working environment.

    + Persistence to ensure effective communication with customers in order to identify and address their needs and concerns.

    + A team player mentality.

    + A high school diploma or equivalent.

    + Customer service experience of at least one year is preferred.
