In this role you will:
+ Assist Wealth Relationship Manager with account administration, sales activities and relationship management, balancing multiple priorities.
+ Assist Wealth Relationship Manager in providing service to their client relationships.
+ Interact frequently with clients to help profile and identify client retention issues as well as potential new business opportunities across business and/or product lines.
+ Develop strong product knowledge and client relationship management skills to meet the financial needs of Clients.
+ Assist with annual client financial review process and prepare materials for client meetings
+ May assist with financial / wealth planning such as spreadsheet preparation and analysis, completion and entry of client discovery documentation in appropriate planning systems.
+ Research and resolve operational issues related to complex accounts for our high-net-worth clients.
+ Research account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, answer questions, and to provide documentation on client activities
+ Interact with an immediate Wealth Relationship Support team, the overall functional area, and internal peers outside work group on wide range of information, as well as internal and external customers
+ This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Wealth Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Wealth management experience or experience working with HNW clients
+ Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting client and enterprise needs
+ Client service focus with experience listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex client issues
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
+ Sales or sales support experience
+ Client service experience
Job Expectations:
+ This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website (http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary
+ Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
