    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Sr.WarehouseCoordinator, you willbe responsible foroperatingaMRO(Maintenance, Repair, and Operations)warehouseina biopharmaceutical production plant.Responsibilities includemanaging the inventoryaccuracyandthedistribution of maintenanceitemsand repair suppliesincluding spare parts, wear items, and consumables. UnderstandingSAP andworking in a GMP pharmaceutical plantis desirable but notrequired.

     

    ThisWarehouse operationsjob is part of the Engineering and Technical Services functionresponsible for providing supportforpreventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

    What You'll Do:

    + Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, placing orders, and managing receipts.

    + Organizeandmaintainthe warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials.

    + Collaborating with maintenance teams to forecast supply needs,Preventative Maintenance part kitting,and ensuretimelyavailability of materials.

    + Conducting regular audits andABC cycle countinventory.

    + Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse.

    + Utilizing inventory management software to track and report on stock levels and usage.

    + Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for procurement and delivery of MRO supplies.

    + Qualifications may include experience in warehouse management, strong organizational skills, andproficiencyin inventory management systems.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieveobjectivesand meet deadlines.

    What You’ll Need:

    + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

    + Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

    + General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups or complicated information within the team.

     

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

     

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Warehouse Coordinator position is $50 , 000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $65 , 000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
