    About The Role:

    As a CBRE Capital Markets Operations Analyst, you will provide business operations and administrative support to an Executive Leader with responsibility for the Capital Markets line of business.

    What You'll Do:

    + Perform administrative duties such as conducting research, updating and maintaining databases, preparing company forms and maintaining confidential files.

    + Serve as an administrative liaison to others within/outside the department/company regarding administration issues in areas such as accounting (expense reports), marketing (proposal collateral, client events), mapping and research (client research).

    + Create and initiate correspondence and memoranda; compile and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations.

    + Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.

    + Carry out special projects and assignments as requested. May be responsible for coordination/planning and execution of special events and conferences for client, department and/or office events. May participate in communicating new programs to employees.

    + Responsible for opening, sorting, prioritizing, and distributing inbound email. Coordinates services for outbound email.

    + Answer phone calls with regards to inquiries, researching, and resolving problems requiring knowledge of department policies.

    + Administer the department/business unit record keeping system; update various records and publications; ensure that files are maintained in accordance with company procedures; review requests for information and determine the appropriateness of release.

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

    + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

    + Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

    + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

    + Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

    + In-depth knowledge of Zoom, SmartSheet, Adobe, and Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

    + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

    + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Capital Markets Operations Analyst position is $65,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $70,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
