About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Transaction & Processing as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .
Functions of this role include resolving title issues and responding to customer inquiries (external and internal) about the status of titles via e-mail, fax, phone, and/or direct mail. Providing timely, professional, and accurate title information to customers, DMVs, and vendors. Gathering and reviewing title information from a wide variety of internal and external sources. Preparing title applications and other title paperwork and submit documents to customers or DMVs. Managing daily work activities with multiple software applications, including company systems as well as MS Office products (primarily Outlook, Word and Excel). Updating all work activities in systems of records with clear and concise documentation. Finally, releasing of titles for various scenarios (Paid in Full, State to State Transfers, Retitles, etc.).
In this role, you will:
+ Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs
+ Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online
+ Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks
+ Act as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursements
+ Monitor collateral and releasing collateral
+ Audit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research
+ Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Interact with internal customers
+ Receive direction from leaders
+ Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities
+ Knowledge and understanding of equipment leasing or automobile title processing
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills
+ Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
+ Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgement
+ Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities
+ Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Job Expectations:
+ Must be able to work on site 5 days a week Monday through Friday
+ Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$20.29 - $30.48
