    ABOUT THIS ROLE

    As a Business Intelligence Engineer on our Experimentation team, you'll be at the intersection of data and decision-making, helping drive Audible's growth through data-driven experimentation. You'll develop and maintain critical reporting infrastructure that enables teams across Audible to measure the impact of their product and marketing initiatives. Working with our experimentation platform, you'll transform complex test results into clear, actionable insights while ensuring robust measurement methodology and data quality.

    As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will...

     

    - Design and maintain experimentation reporting pipelines and dashboards that provide clear insights into test results and program health

     

    - Partner with product and marketing teams to develop measurement strategies and analyze experiment outcomes

     

    - Create and maintain documentation of experimentation processes, metrics definitions, and best practices

     

    - Develop automated solutions for identifying experimental impact across different customer segments and business metrics

     

    - Build and optimize SQL queries and Tableau dashboards to support experimentation reporting needs

     

    - Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure data quality and consistency in experimentation measurement

     

    - Lead training sessions and provide guidance to stakeholders on experimentation methodology and interpretation of results

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative field

     

    - 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related technical role

    - Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets

    - Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

     

    - Experience in A/B testing or experimental design

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience with experimentation platforms

     

    - Knowledge of statistical concepts related to A/B testing

     

    - Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

     

    - Experience with Python for data analysis
