PRACTICE SPECIFICS:

+ Full or Part-Time Diagnostic Radiologist needed

+ Hybrid position with opportunity to work remotely 50% of the time and on-site in Hayward, WI, 50% of the time.

+ Ideal practice for work/life balance! Typical workday is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No call, no weekends.

+ Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week, if desired.

+ Solo radiology practice in smaller community (where your expertise is sought after and valued) – with the consultation support from a nearby group of 16 radiologists in Duluth, Minnesota (about 1 ½ hours west of Hayward)

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Excellent general radiology skills – including mammography, stereotactic biopsies, and procedures in fluoroscopy and ultrasound.

+ Basic general interventional capability including paracentesis and thoracentesis

+ BE/BC Radiology

LOCATION:

+ 73 miles from Duluth, MN; 140 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul

+ Hayward is a regional vacation mecca. People come here to enjoy the festivals, fishing, swimming, golfing, and to stroll the small-town streets - stopping to buy a piece of freshly made fudge or a pair of moccasins. + Service area population: 8,000 in the winter months; 24,000 in the summer months.

COMPENSATION

+ $561,000 base or equal share of pool. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
