    The Prime Video Live Sports Creative Services team is seeking an experienced Graphics Coordinator to handle day- to-day show graphics requests in a fast-paced environment on live event productions across multiple sports properties. The Graphics Coordinator should be capable of assigning and prioritizing daily projects from initial request through delivery in a time-critical manner. This position requires a detail-oriented person to make sure that the project is completed quickly and efficiently with a high standard of quality.

     

    This role requires excellent organization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing and executing on tasks that have an impact across multiple teams, including our customers – sports fans across the globe. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and is expected to work with multiple internal stakeholders in support of developing scalable processes.

     

    The Graphics Coordinator will provide assistance to the Head of Creative Services, Sr. Creative Services Manager and Sr. Creative Producers, supporting agendas, planning, tracking and ad hoc project coordination to ensure delivery is executed at a high bar. This position will also assist in building and implementing mechanisms and processes (e.g., standard operating procedures, request ticketing, project trackers, department templates, style guides, manuals, etc.).

    Key job responsibilities

    • Work closely with department leadership, creative producers and other personnel to ensure the proper execution and delivery of assigned projects

    • Collaborate with both internal and external partners such as product, sales, advertisers, sponsors, and sports leagues to help in the creation of content and sponsorship opportunities

    • Manage coordination of approved assets across all creative projects and ensures that resources are utilized effectively to achieve desired outcomes

    • Ability to coordinate and track high volume of work through an end-to-end workflow

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, can clearly articulate and document processes and workflows

    • Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, tools, workflow and technology

    • Maintain updates to project schedules, calendars and tracking status for assigned projects

    • Assign, manage and track artist assignments keeping anticipated schedules on-time and on-budget

    • QC graphics and sound design for final delivery

    • Assist in delivery of final graphics to proper channels in the proper formats

    • Attend and participate in project and operational meetings

    • Manage expectations on deadlines and air dates to update various departments on deliveries

    Basic Qualifications

    - • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word

     

    - • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere

     

    - • Familiarity with digital graphic file formats and general network production terminology

     

    - • Experience with digital asset management tools

     

    - • Experience with project management workflows and tracking tools

     

    - • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment

     

    - • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and team-oriented mindset

     

    - • Able to accommodate non-standard work hours, holidays and weekends as needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    - • 3+ years working in creative production, ideally broadcast and/or sports graphics

     

    - • 3+ years alternatively working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio

     

    - • Experience working in both event/game and studio/shoulder programming settings

     

    - • Experience working on or with large-scale, global projects

     

    - • Experience managing Adobe Media Suite and Maxon C4D-based projects

     

    - • A working knowledge of remote and studio control room workflows and playback devices

     

    - • Familiarity with Viz, Chyron and other real-time graphic systems

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
