Position Overview
As the Fujifilm Life Science brand in the Americas and its associated subsidiaries continue to grow, we are looking for a communications and branding professional with experience in the Life Sciences, CDMO, Biotech, or pharmaceutical market to deliver Life Sciences branding and communications projects for Fujifilm.
This role will play an integral part in managing and delivering branding and building communications projects supporting Life Sciences entities in the region. In this strategic role, the incumbent will build awareness of Fujifilm in the field of Life Sciences.
This position is hybrid and focused in the greater Boston area.

Job Description
Responsibilities
+ Establish an annual Life Sciences branding, communications, and assisting with PR plan
+ Content and Creative Development: Create comprehensive brand campaigns annually to leverage the Fujifilm brand in the life science sector by working with external agency partners and internal partners. Drive, lead and be hands on for projects and agency management by creating messaging and assets
+ Execute digital marketing strategies. Website content management is critical. Execute social and digital branding strategies in both paid and owned content will be expected. Use of web analytic software such as Google Analytics and UTM tracking codes will be valued
+ Lead, execute and support large bio-pharma exhibitions while building communications and brand assets working with related stakeholders and team member
+ Work closely alongside the HLUS-Corporate Communications and individual Life Science companies to ensure the delivery of key Life Sciences public relations activities, such as investment announcements, key stakeholder visits, and trade show/exhibition presence
+ Awareness campaign, Sponsorship and Event management: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive and shape life science targeted medias, sponsorship, and awareness initiatives with owned and earned content. Work directly with key media partners as well
+ Making a proactive consideration for the internal communication of Life Sciences projects
+ As required, direct support for FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific and FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics external communications activities in US
Required Skills/Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business
+ **5+ years experience in an Branding, Communications or Marketing role for an organization or an agency in the Life Sciences, CDMO, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical sector**
+ Strong business and marketing strategy skills, experience developing KPIs and measurement frameworks, and competency in developing data-driven stories and insights
+ Excellent communications skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders
+ Proven ability to work independently but also as part of a team
+ Deep experience in managing a network of external agencies
+ Strong planning skills, creative thinking, and sound judgment
+ This role is expected to commute to the Boston, Kendall Sqare office as needed (Once per week, preferred)
+ This role is expected to travel domestically for key conferences and content creation, such as video shoots, and expected to attend key strategic meetings (4-6 business trips annually)

Salary and Benefits
+ $110,000 - $115,000 depending on experience
