Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Visalia, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate payment processing, and maintaining organized records. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in accounts receivable and accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

• Post payments to the appropriate accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded promptly.

• Manage payment reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records.

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline accounts receivable tasks.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.

• Generate regular reports detailing accounts receivable activity and status.

• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in account reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Assist in improving processes for payment handling and invoicing. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and payment processing.

• Experience handling high-volume invoicing and posting payments.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards.
