Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local start-up seeking a sr. accountant.

The Sr. Accountant should have a bachelors degree in accounting or finance and a CPA (or close to getting your CPA).

The Sr. Accountant should have public accounting experience or technical accounting experience.

The Sr. Accountant should be excited about a start-up environment and be adaptable.

The Sr. Accountant will have opportunity for growth and a great mentor.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or technical accounting roles.

• Strong proficiency in account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.

• Familiarity with accounting systems, including NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a start-up environment, showing adaptability and initiative.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Progress toward or completion of a relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable.
