Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial operations through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with team members. Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analyses to support decision-making processes.

• Accurately input and maintain financial data in accounting and reporting systems.

• Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

• Utilize Excel and other tools to create financial models and analyze data trends.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices.

• Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and transactions.

• Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.

• Research and apply data mining techniques to uncover actionable insights.

• Assist in managing capital and tracking financial performance against budgets.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of financial policies and procedures. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets for financial analysis.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems and financial tools such as CRM and Crystal Reports.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, including accrual accounting and budget processes.

• Basic knowledge of auditing practices and capital management.

• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
