Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Farmingdale, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth processing of payroll and accounts payables. Responsibilities:

• Input payroll data with precision and ensure timely processing.

• Manage accounts payable by reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices.

• Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including billing and payment tracking.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle to manage financial data.

• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is up to date.

• Prepare and process prevailing wage payroll as part of compliance requirements.

• Support monthly and annual financial reporting activities.

• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes. Requirements • Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data management.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and billing procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
